He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Hoff; his grandparents, Clarence, Helen Hoff, Robert and Ila Price; his uncle Denny Price (Shirley); and his cousin Rusty Hoff.
He is survived by: his mother Judith Hoff (Price); his wife Jamie Hoff; his daughters, Vanessa Lenzner, Sydney Hoff and Bella Hoff; his siblings, Pam Hoff and Andy Hoff (Kari); his stepmother Vickie Hoff; his parents-in-law, Judy Lenzner and Dan Lenzner (Jody); his brother-in-law Jason Lenzner; his aunt Barbara Hoff; his cousins, Kathie Beesley (Joel), Matt Price, Sherri Netzel (Bill) and Sandy Cooper (Lance); his nieces and nephews, Taylor Schmidtbauer (Zoe), Rex, Cayleb Hoff, Katie, Nikki Steele and Elliana Hoff; and his brother Rusty McMillan (Sadie).
