He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Dombrowski and Philomen Dombrowski (Patoka); his brother Norm; and his brothers-in-law, Mark Smolen, Dick Walkush and Ken Scheidt.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kawleski; his daughters, Jen Tewes (Jeff) of Jackson, MN and Becky Kulinski (Don) of Stevens Point; his grandchildren, Ethan, Meta, Isaac and Kade; his siblings, Bob Dombrowski, Bill Dombrowski (Sue), Nancy Walkush, Mary Ann Drefcinski (David), Jo Ann Scheidt and Carol Menzel (Fritz); and his sister-in-law Marlene Dombrowski. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lincoln Center Adult Day Center.
