She was predeceased by: her father Hubert Kaminski. She is survived by: her mother Frances Kaminski (Kruzitski); her former husband Gerald Yach (Jerry); her sons, Justin Yach (Trina) and Jaren Yach (Bobbi); her grandchildren, Brilee, Jaret, Jonah and Josie; her siblings, Jeanette Houck (Robert) and Tony Kaminski; her nieces, Kelly Knudsen and Amber Houck; and her cousin Kathy Scott. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
