He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Salyer and Fern Salyer (Eller); and his siblings, Ken, Diane, David, Richard and Betty.
He is survived by: his children, Chad of Indiana, Nickey of Indiana, Zachary of Tennessee and Corey of Tennessee. He is also survived by 5 granddaughters; 1 grandson; 1 great-grandchild.
