She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Smith and Susan Smith; and her siblings, Shirlee and Pete. She is survived by: her children, Susan Van Prooyen of Minnetonka, MN, Carla Van Prooyen of Foley, AL and Paul Van Prooyen of Sayner, WI; her brother James Smith; her sister-in-law Delores Borkenhagen; her grandsons, David, Kyle and Christopher; her great grandchildren, Annika, Madison of Abby, DJ, Tristan, Zhahl and Kyle; and her uncle Jimmy. She is also survived by 4 nephews and 1 niece, cousins and many friends.
