He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Roman Kozelek and Edward Makuski; his stepgrandfather Robert Peplinski; and his uncle Robert Makuski. He is survived by: his parents, James Makuski and Carrie Makuski (Kozelek); his brothers, Landin and Evan Makuski; and his grandmother Eileen Makuski-Peplinski.
In lieu of flowers a memorial in his name will be established at a later date.
