He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Foraker-Mack (Betty) of Hemet, CA.; and his children, Pamala Pulver, Charly, Trixie, Kilcornan, Limerick, Ireland, James, Becky and Ron. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
