He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Breitenstein and Josephine Breitenstein (Roshak); and his sisters, Barbara Fleming and Mildred Myers. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Jo Richardson (Howard) and Susan Meinert (Ralph); and his friend Jack Ellenz (Tony). He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; and 11 great-nieces and great-nephews.
