She was predeceased by: her parents, John Illa and Mildred Illa; her husband Richard Sanders; her son Tom Sanders; her sister Lorraine Metzger (Tom); and her brother-in-law Vernon Munger.
She is survived by: her children, Pat Sanders, Steve Sanders (Lois), Gayle Meyer (Gary) and Mike Sanders (Natalie); her grandchildren, Jeff Sanders (Cynda), David Sanders (Heather), Chrissy Fitzgerald (Ryan), Alan Meyer, Gina Behrens (Cody) and Dustin Sanders; her great grandchildren, Alayna Bahr, Payton Bahr, Stella Sanders, Andrew Sanders and Parker Fitzgerald; and her sister Shirley Munger. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
