He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Rivard and Johnora Rivard; his wife Peggy Lea Zahnow; and his siblings, Judy and Mick.
He is survived by: his children, Michell Willey (Jay Schroeder), Joe Rivard (Mikki) and Ryan Rivard; his grandchildren, Josh Willey (Jessika) and Nicole Willey; his great grandchildren, Emmett Willey, Dixie and Hadley Hanes; his siblings, Ann Lange, Louise Martinson, Donna Reyes, Carol Muskus, Kathy Rivard and John Rivard; and his pet Natalie.
