He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Rutledge and Gertrude Rutledge (Neumann); his siblings, Douglas, Mary, Deborah and Diane Rutledge; and his father-in-law David Lofgren.
He is survived by: his wife Tracy (Lofgren); his children, Alissa (Jeffrey Konz), Rebecca "Becky" (Gratia Maloney) and Matthew Rutledge (Ella Salewski); his brothers, Daniel (Lisa), Delroy (Shirley) and Dominic (Pamela); his mother-in-law Linnea Lofgren; his siblings-in-law, Brian Lofgren (Kristi) and Cynthia Rutledge; and his pet Nala.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to family and will be dispersed to their charity of choice.
