He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Anderson and Irene Anderson; his sons, Sidney Daniel and Joseph Jacob; his brother Gary; his siblings-in-law, Jim Falde and Charity Preslan; and his nephew Kevin Faber.

He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Magnuson (Max); his daughter-in-law Kathy Hawkins (Matt); his siblings, Sylvia Faber (Paul), Sandy Falde, Sharon Mattison (Mickey), Spencer Anderson and Susie Bol (Jeff); his wife Rozeanne Dean; and his aunt Darlene Olson. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; plus step grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; plus step great grandchildren.

“My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family. I knew Sid many years ago when Sid and his first wife took square dance lessons, and again later when Sid was doing sheet rock taping. He was an awesome individual who loved life. To see Sid on his stilts taping sheet rock, and then bend over and pick up a piece of paper lying on the floor, amazing to see his abilities. Sid will be missed by the family and all the people who knew him. Gods speed Sid.”
