She is survived by: her significant other Glenn E Hovde; her children, Glenn Jr. and Mary Ellen Platson; her sisters, Murial Carr, Frances Merth and LaMoine Hanson; and her brothers-in-law, Frank Merth and Lorne Hanson. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.
