He is survived by: his sons, Jay (Cyndie), Brian (Merilee), Trent and Brent (Becky); and his grandsons, Jacob, Shane, Dustin, Andrew, Dylan, Brock and Boomer. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
