He was predeceased by: his siblings, Don, Marilyn Johnson and Roberta. He is survived by: his wife Ann Nelson Siegel; and his children, Steve (Cheri), Tom (Kari), Tim (Colleen), Jon (Anna), Sairey (Dan) and Matt (Wendy). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Bethesda Lutheran Church, in memory of Dave.
