He is survived by: his sons, Roger (Judith) of Spring Valley, Maynard (Sue) of Naples, Fla. and James (Pamela) of Cologne, Minn.; and his brother Tom (Bette). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.
