She was predeceased by: her father Duane Jacobson. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Jacobson (Peterson); her husband Jeff; her children, Megan Bloch (Brandon) and Mitchell Johnson (Lia); her grandson Emmett Johnson; her brothers, Chris Jacobson (Cheri) and David Jacobson (Vickie); and her nieces, Brooke Snyder, Jade and Madison Jacobson. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the O'Connell Family Funeral Home - Baldwin (1010 Newton St, Baldwin, WI 54002). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
