She is survived by: her fiancé Tommy Luby; her sons, Jeremy Johnson (Amie) of Elmwood and Shay Haugeland of Baldwin; her grandchildren, Baily Koch (Jamie) and Devon Johnson; her great grandchildren, Kinsley Schmutz-Johnson, Jace Koch and Avery Koch; and her siblings, Steven Joncas (Darla) and Susan Nelson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
