He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hopkins Cozine, Sr. and Margaret Amelia Cozine (Busch); his sister Peggy (Bill Dowling); his children, Scott and Renee Mulder; and his granddaughter Lindsey Marie Cozine.
He is survived by: his wife Airman Fay Hack; his children, Bridget Roberts (Steve) of Spring Green, Keith of Tampa, Florida and Michele Westurn (John) of Beaver, Pennsylvania; and his daughter-in-law Dixie Cozine (Williams). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
