He is survived by: his mother Rita Kline; his stepfather Jim Kline; his brother Tim Strait (Beth); his sister-in-law Vicki Strait-Munns (Rick Munns); his stepsiblings, Sherry Kline and Randy Kline; and his friends, Dana Johnston, Martha McCamy and Faye McCamy. He is also survived by friends, cousins, co-workers, neighbors and caregivers.
