It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita Jackson of Spring Green, Wisconsin, born in Richland Center, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 27, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Merton Prouty and Rita Prouty (Fargen); and her daughter Lisa (Jan). She is survived by: her spouse Jan Jackson; her friend Susan Goethel (Hohlstein); her sons, Dan Jackson (Debbie), Matthew Jackson (Dee) and Robert Jackson (Michelle); her siblings, Linda Federman (Mike), Timm Prouty (Jane) and Danny Prouty (Jennifer); and her brother-in-law Craig Jackson (Ann). She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and their children.
To respect her wishes, the family has decided to re-evaluate Covid counts in the Spring to determine when services will be held.
