He is survived by: his spouse Sandra Walsh; his children, Timothy Carmichael (Karen), Dennis Carmichael (Kelly Meyer), Curt Carmichael (Diane) and Shelly Carmichael (Mike); his grandchildren, Amber Coyle, Brittany Coyle, Keegan, Quinn, Patrick Coyle, Shea Carmichael and Ryan Carmichael; and his sisters, Bette Boss (Rex), Kathleen Murphy, Sharon Murphy and Colleen Walsh (Thomas).
