He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank D. Leach Sr. and Elise Leach (Stoppelbein). He is survived by: his wife Billie Leach; his daughters, Larc Gollon (Tim) and Tatiana Katara; his sister Julia Cipriano; his stepdaughters, Eva Haskins (Jay) and Ava Foulke; and his grandchildren, Daniel (Katy), Savanna, Sam Gollon, Zak, Willow Katara, Tarquin Dalstrom, Aleka Kramer, Sophia Smothers (Chris), Simone, Sasha, Cecilia and Dallas Formisano.
