He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Neuheisel and Celia Neuheisel (Bindl); and his sister Joann Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Delores Bauer; his children, Jeff Neuheisel (Laurie) and Lynn Wilson (Rich); his great grandchildren, Taylor, Reese and Maverick; his siblings, Karen Haslow (Cyril), Maritta Moseman (Carl) and Leon Neuheisel (Madge); and his brother-in-law Francis Murphy. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
