He was predeceased by: his parents, Wenzel F. Smejkal and Sally Smejkal; and his brother Jeff Smejkal. He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn Smejkal; his daughters, Barbara Reed (Jeff), Bridgette Leines (Eric) and Brittni Taylor (George); his grandchildren, Courtney, Marissa, Summer, Ashley, Mackenzie, Andrew, Abigail and Brantley; his great grandchildren, Aria, Ainslee and Harper; and his sister Sharon Genson (Les). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
