He was predeceased by: his parents, Geza "Smokey" and Grace Zudonyi (Glodowski); and his former wife Linda Burr. He is survived by: his son Steve Zudonyi (Niki); his stepchildren, Keith Hanley (Tammy) and Brooke Adams (Steve); his grandchildren, Evan, Alex, Ryan and Lily; and his brothers, Ronald Zudonyi and Donald Zudonyi.
