He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Biver and Ruth Biver (Swetland); his parents-in-law, Wencl and Josephine Mancl (Treml); his brothers, Joseph Biver, John Biver and Theodore Biver; and his siblings-in-law, Duane "Buck" Hughes, George Mancl and Marlene Moravec.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Biver; his stepdaughters, Jayna Colvard (James) and Jessica Mann (Austin Mlejnek); his grandchildren, Jaymz Colvard, Caleb Mlejnek (Katelyn Green) and Hala Mlejnek; his siblings, Susan Hughes, Mary Denver (Dan) and James Biver; and his siblings-in-law, Judith Biver, Patricia Moravec (Doug), Nancee Mancl, Wencl Mancl (Margaret), Robert Mancl (Barbara), John Moravec, Alfred Mancl (Mary), Bernard Mancl (Joan), John Mancl (Jeanne), Joseph Mancl (Sheila), Richard Mancl (Cheryl) and David Mancl (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church - Shell Lake (502 2nd St, Shell Lake, WI 54871). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
