He is survived by: his children, Teri Correll (Kim), Theodore Johnson, Jr. (Caroline), Andrea Gravesen (Greg), Andrew Johnson (Judy) and Amy Schaffer (Kyle); his sister Marilyn Olson; and his sister-in-law Doris Ofstad. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
