We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2021, at the age of 86, Richard Bailey of Spooner, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Bailey and Alice Bailey (Peterson); and his siblings, Donald Eugene, Lois Parson and Ruth Ann Anderson.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Rabe; his sons, Dick, Donald (Dede) and Dean (Kris); his grandchildren, Rick (Jess), Jenny and Joe (Heather); his great grandchild Benjamin Bailey; and his brother-in-law David Anderson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
