He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Warner and Charlotte Warner (Anderson); his daughter Karen Ann Warner; and his brother David C. Warner. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Kay Carlson; his son John Michael Warner of Eagan, MN; his siblings, Charlene Warner (David Holtfreter) and Patrick Warner (Sherri) of Whitehall, WI; and his sister-in-law Julie Warner of Pigeon Falls, WI.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews on both sides and his brothers and sisters-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the church where he loved singing in the choir, or the Spooner Alzheimer's Day Respite Program would be greatly appreciated by the family.
