With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Melodee Cheryl Elkin of Spooner, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 16, 2024 at the age of 71. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Melodee leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward McKie and Ladonna Wallet; and her brother Tom McKie. She is survived by: her sons, Shawn Elkin of Seminole, FL, Timothy Elkin of Spooner, WI and Dustin Elkin of Spooner, WI; her grandsons, Jakob, Edward and David Elkin; her brother Timothy McKie (Sandy) of Tucson, AZ; her niece Marisa Maudsley; her nephew Jared McKie; and her caregiver Monique Weber.
