It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Kirkwood of Spooner, Wisconsin, born in San Jose, California, who passed away on July 19, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Irvin Kingdom and Mary Kingdom (Groszmann); her children, Pandie Sue Hedlund (Phil), Jeffrey Kirkwood and Eric Kirkwood; her siblings, Helen Kingdom, Betsy Kingdom and William Kingdom; her husband Phillip Kirkwood; and her siblings, Susan Aufranc and Irvin "Bud" Kingdom. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

Mary enjoyed gardening and sewing quilts, most of which were donated to the Lutheran World Relief and other local charities.
