It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Rand (Spooner, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 7, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Garrit VanBeek and Sophie VanBeek (Stoik); her son Bruce; and her siblings, Dorothy Schultz (Thomas) and Kenneth (Darlene).
She is survived by: her former husband Cecil Snider; her children, Loretta Francis Poulter (Roger), Edward, Kevin and Richard; her husband Robert Rand; and her siblings, Virginia Hanson (Wendell), Coreen Kruensensterna (Kenneth), Ruth Foss (Harold), Carolyn Topdahl (John), Eugene (Gloria), Robert (Debbie) and Tom (Trisha). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
