Leonard Scalzo Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard Scalzo of Spooner, Wisconsin, born in Shell Lake, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 26, 2021 at the age of 66. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leonard Scalzo to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Donald Scalzo; his sister Nancy Scalzo; and his mother-in-law Dianne Bartle. He is survived by: his mother Alice Scalzo (Lane); his nieces and nephews, Leonard, Gun, Leo and Len; his wife Colleen (Bartle); his brothers, Frank (Penny) and Tim Scalzo of Spooner; his father-in-law Loren Bartle; and his nieces and nephews, Gabe Scalzo (Betsy), Tim Scalzo, Shawn Dezek, Jeremy Dezek (Christina), Shauna Schneider, Dani Bartle (Joe Lynn), Jeremy Sandstrom, Jason Sandstrom (Coral), Missy Baltazar (Juan), Brandon Bartle (Libby Root), Breanna Osmundson (Andrew), Kierra Bartle, Mara Bartle and Blake Bartle. He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews, plus many aunts/uncles/cousins.
The family intends to make a donation in Leonard's memory to Spooner Cardinals/Merchant Park for designated improvements.
