With heavy hearts, we announce the death of LaWana Joy Thompson of Spooner, Wisconsin, born in Wheeler, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 4, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, David Stoner and Myrtle Stoner; her husband Lloyd "Manny" Thompson; her daughters, Reverend Dawn Helton (William), Dianne Thompson and Doris Langer (Michael); her grandchildren, Heather, Holly, Justin, LaRissa, Kayla Dawn, Crystal, Jordan and Ashley; her great grandchildren, Jazmine, Taylor, Corbin, Brooklin, Nevaeh, Jisela, Sophia, Gavin, Arianna, Abigail, Gage, Brede, Kendall and Raylin; her brother-in-law Leslie "Babe" Thompson; and her close friend J. Cash Thompson. She was also cherished by son (dog) and many nieces and nephews.
