He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry D. Paffel and Norma Paffel (Britt); and his siblings, Anthony "Tony" Paffel, Lawrence Paffel and Constance "Connie" Bevan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Zaloudek (Allen) of Sarona, Kathy Helm (Arlyn) of Cameron, Marilyn Paffel of New Richmond and John Bevan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
