He is survived by: his spouse Georgia Meyer; his sons, Mark and Raymond; his grandchildren, Samantha Bushman (Chris), Joshua Dezek (Kristi), Donald Dezek (Mary), Shawn Dezek (Kayla), Jeremy Dezek (Christina), Nichole Dezek and Shannon Dezek; his great grandchildren, Vanessa Bushamn, Camryn Dezek, Leah Dezek, Brooke Dezek, Alexis Dezek, Violet Dezek, Eliza Dezek and Nadia Dezek; and his stepson Gearin.
