He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Williams and Beverly M. Williams (Smith); and his siblings, Gary, Jerry and Shirley.
He is survived by: his wife Adeline Campbell; his brothers, Jim of California and John of Hayward; his sister-in-law Vinny Williams of Hayward; and his stepchildren, Dale Campbell of Birchwood, Sue Radtke of Barron, Penny Kelley and Jean Campbell of Spooner. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
