We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2021 we had to say goodbye to James Maki of Spooner, Wisconsin, born in Superior, Wisconsin. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Maki and Mayme Maki (Maijola); and his brothers, William and Melvin Maki. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Hunter (Carlson) of Spooner; his pet Winston; and his children, Brenda Uotinen (Al) of Superior, Tim Maki (Leah) of Superior, Joe Maki (Cheryl) of Rice Lake, Sara Long (Allan) of Lake Jackson, Dennis Root (Michelle) of Friendswood, Rick Carlson (Rick) of Spooner, Heather Haremza of Spooner, Amanda Smith, David Grandadam of Cameron and Josh Hunter (Lauren) of Turtle Lake. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 12 great- great grandchildren.
