It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eleanore Marie Sobkowicz of Spooner, Wisconsin, born in Calumet City, Illinois, who passed away on May 17, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mysliwy and Stella Mysliwy (Wisniewski); and her siblings, Clarence Mysliwy, Henry Mysliwy, Dorothy Stowasser and Leonard Mysliwy.
She is survived by: her significant other Michael "Mickey" Sobkowicz; her daughters, Sandra Thomas (Bob) of Grand Rapids, MN and Jan Chaffee (late Bob) of Trego; her grandsons, Michael Thomas, David Thomas and Jason Chaffee; and her great grandchildren, Dominick and Anthony Thomas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
