He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Gomulak (Tracy Gomulak) and Diane Sears; and his great grandchild Claire DePover. He is survived by: his fiancé Jan Hansen; his siblings, Mike Gomulak (Fern), Judy Hopkins (Rod), Kate Lucas (Jim), Steve Gomulak (Peggy) and Maria Kinneman (John); and his children, Daniel J. Gomulak, Heather Quist, Matt Gomulak (Shelly), Mary Meyer (Ron), Annie Shutt (Chris) and Michele Fowler. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; along with nieces and nephews and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to DOVR "Dairyland Outdoor Veterans Retreat", in Dan Gomulak's Honor would be appreciated.
