She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Leibly and Bette Leibly (Bergquist); her husband Duane "Mac" McCormick; and her brothers, Louis Leibly and Joseph Leibly.
She is survived by: her siblings, Bill Leibly (Dawn), Ron Leibly (Shari), Joanne Melcher (Bill), Mary Debbout (Jim), Sue Kurszewski (Mike Polacheck) and Judy Bergquist (Kevin Kleppin). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
