He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fabian A. Meier and Roberta Maxine Meier; his wife Rita; his children, Amy Meier-Foundos (Mark Foundos), Jill Kirby, Katy Zaleski (Pat Zaleski) and Adam Meier (Alyssa Meier); his stepchildren, Allison Lindquist (Dan Thies), Jonathan Lindquist (Alaina Larson) and Natalie Lindquist; his grandchildren, James, Evan Foundos, Jackson, Casen Zaleski, Chloe Kirby, Louis Thies, Ellie and Caden Borgemoen; and his siblings, Ted Wagner and Kathy Higgins.
