He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Below and Jennie Below (Moen); his wife Marlene Toltzman; and his siblings, Arnold Below (Ruth) and June Hoops (Lloyd).
He is survived by: his son Kent Below (Krista) of Rochester, MN; his granddaughters, Kayelynn Below and Kenzie Below; his close friend Inez Fosberg of Spencer, WI; and his brother Jerry Below (LaVonne) of Dickinson, ND. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
