He is survived by: his wife Shirley M. Bauer of Spencer; his daughters, Stacy Makovsky (Kris) of Medford, WI and Shanna Kohls (Brad) of Marshfield, WI; his grandchildren, Katelin Herbst (Joseph), Jaden Makovsky, Dylan Lang, Austyn and Montanna Kohls; his siblings, Jim Lang of Marshfield, Janice Hansen of Marshfield, Judy Garfield (Dale) of Marshfield and Jeanie Paasch (Darrell) of Marshfield; and his sisters-in-law, Lucy Lang of Marshfield and Deb Lang of Marshfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
