She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela of Madison, Paula (Arturo Cordova) of Madison and Carol Kolb (Anthony Camin) of Los Angeles; her friend Marianna; her brother Gerald; her sister-in-law Shirley Kolb; her nephews, Jon and James; her niece Julie Kelty; and also, Paul Kolb (Ellen), Cathie Thieme and Peter Kolb.
