With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Blanche B Toltzman (Spencer, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 21, 2018 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond; her parents, William Rinehart and Alvina Rinehart; and her nephew Terrance. She is survived by: her sons, Dale Toltzman (Candace) of Viroqua and Gregory Toltzman of Viroqua. She is also survived by 5 grandsons, 10 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
