He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lutz and Mary Lutz (Prokupek); and his stepfather Al Demlow. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, William Lutz of Virginia Beach, VA, Barbara Chudian of Katy, TX, Jennifer Repp of Blaine, MN, Dawn Jessen of Enid, OK, Matthew Shilts (Emily) of Fredericksburg, VA and Joseph Shilts (Heather) of Madison, WI; and his siblings, John Lutz (Constance) of Burlington, WI, Thomas Demlow of Racine, WI, Bonita Koudelka (David) of La Crosse, WI, Ruth Dennee (Floyd) of Long Beach, CA, David Lutz, Jerry Demlow, Larry Demlow and Judith Rudolph. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
