He is survived by: his former spouse Sandy Andringa; his wife Sherri Zellmer of Sparta; his son Brad Bohl (Shelley); his grandchildren, Hayden and Haylee; his sisters, Lisa Jenkins (Kevin) of Sparta, Leah of Sparta and Colby of Sparta; his mother-in-law Sandra Reddelien (Bob) of Oconomowoc, WI; and his sister-in-law Lori Chopp of Sparta.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Wisconsin Chapter.
