He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Leis. He is survived by: his mother Ardella Leis (Schreier); his wife Maria J Moore of Sparta; his children, Kolby Leis, Kaden Leis, Serena Veloso and Craig Leis; and his siblings, Julie Hemmersbach (Dennis), Karen Semann (Don), David Leis (Tammy), Alan Leis (Sue), Randy Leis (Brenda) and Pam Erickson (Todd). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
